Be Part of the Magic

The first Southwest Pagan Fest is built by our community, and we’d love for you to be part of it. Whether you sell, read, heal, teach, perform or simply want to share your cause, there’s a place for you on Saturday, January 30, 2027, at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Surprise.

Things to know before you apply:

  • No generative AI. AI-generated art and products aren’t permitted, including resale items and stickers.
  • Bring your own power. We can’t guarantee electricity. If your setup needs power, plan on a generator.
  • Weigh down your canopy. Desert weather is unpredictable, so outdoor canopies and structures need at least 25 lbs. of weight per leg.
  • Watch your inbox. We’ll be in touch by email, so add southwestpaganfest@gmail.com to your contacts.

Presenters & Entertainers

Workshops, lectures, music, dance and performance

Have something to teach or a talent to share? We’re looking for workshop leaders and speakers on Pagan, witchcraft and earth-centered topics, plus dancers, singers, musicians and other performers to bring the day to life.

Sessions run 30 or 45 minutes, in the morning or afternoon. Accepted presenters will be featured in a Presenter Spotlight on our pages, a great way to introduce yourself and your work to the community before the event.

Application deadline: December 19, 2026, or until all slots are filled. Don’t wait!

Things to know before you apply:

  • Have 1–5 photos of yourself or your work ready to upload.
  • Prepare a short introduction and bio for your Spotlight, with links to your website or social media.
  • Southwest Pagan Fest is a family-friendly event. All presenters are expected to follow the host facility’s policies.
  • The host congregation’s liability insurance covers the grounds but not your personal property or products.
